You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within 14 working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products on the understanding that they are in their original wrapper and unused/worn.
To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing – by letter or email.
We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.
In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order because the item is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
Please note that if your item was given as a gift then you will need to ask the purchaser to contact us to arrange the return and refund.

Nice bedding but no fasteners at bottom
The actual bedding is nice and pretty good quality, but unfortunately the bottom of the bedding doesn’t have any closing options, which is disappointing. It’s completely open so a bit loose at the bottom.

My tractor obsessed son picked this for his first duvet cover and was not disappointed when it arrived. The fabric seems of good quality, my o my criticism is that the duvet cover has a closing like a pillow case so after a particularly wriggly night the duvet can start to come out the bottom. Buttons, popper or a zip would help.

Looks lovely and my son adores it, but the envelope style is really impractical and looks messy. For the price, I'd have preferred poppers or buttons.
