IMPORTANT MESSAGE - REPUBLIC OF IRELAND:
Deliveries to Republic of Ireland have been temporarily disabled.
We are sadly experiencing ongoing issues with customer deliveries to the Republic of Ireland with numerous parcels either going missing in transit or being returned to us here in the UK.
We are in discussion with Royal Mail who have advised us that they are in negotiation with AnPost due to recent changes in AnPost’s requirements on all parcels from the UK into the Republic of Ireland.
Sadly, until these discussions have been finalised and agreed to, we are unable to dispatch to the Republic of Ireland as parcels are just not getting through.
We are deeply sorry for this and will keep discussions ongoing with Royal Mail as to how negotiations are developing. In the interim, we will also look at alternative shipping options.

You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within 14 working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products on the understanding that they are in their original wrapper and unused/worn.
To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing – by letter or email.
We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.
In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order because the item is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
Please note that if your item was given as a gift then you will need to ask the purchaser to contact us to arrange the return and refund.
