Terms and Conditions for Freddie’s Farm x Tractor Ted Giveaway

1. Who’s Running This Show? This promotion is brought to you by Freddie’s Farm Ltd (contact us at info@freddiesfarmsnacks.co.uk) with Tractor Ted

2. With Who? Everyone’s favourite little green tractor, Tractor Ted (contact us at admin@tractorted.co.uk).

3. Who Can Join the Fun? Everyone in the UK and Ireland is welcome to join! No age restrictions here – young or old, you’re all invited. However, if you work for Freddie’s Farm Ltd or Tractorland Ltd, or if you’re related to someone who does, you’ll have to sit this one out.

4. When’s This Happening? The fun starts on 9 January 2025 and ends on 27 January 2025. Make sure to get your entries in before the clock strikes midnight on the last day!

5. How to Enter? It’s super simple! Just grab a promotional box of Freddie’s Farm Fruit Shapes from Aldi UK and Ireland, scan the QR code on the pack, and see what you’ve fantastic offer you have. No proof of purchase is required. One entry per person, please. We want to give everyone a fair chance to win!

6. What Can You Win? 

  • Prize 1: Three months of free Tractor Ted TV.
  • Prize 2: Buy one get one free on Tractor Ted - Storybooks
  • Prize 3: 10% off Tractor Ted Storybooks, games and toys – excl. personalised books and soft toys.

7. Plus, everyone gets a shot at winning £100 worth of Tractor Ted goodies in our grand prize draw!

8. How Many Times Can You Enter? One entry per person, please. There is no maximum value for rewards.

9. How Will You Know If You’ve Won? Winners will get an email from admin@tractorted.co.uk by 14 February 2025. Make sure to check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case)! You’ll have 14 days to respond and claim your prize. If we don’t hear from you in time, we’ll pick someone else – so don’t leave us hanging!

10. Will Your Name Be in Lights? Winners’ names will be proudly displayed on Tractor Ted and Freddie’s Farm social media. If you’d rather keep it private, just let us know.

11. What About Your Data? We’ll only collect your name and email address, and we promise to keep it safe. Your info will only be shared with Freddie’s Farm and Tractorland Ltd . By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from both brands – but you can opt out anytime.

12. The Boring (But Important) Stuff

  • We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion if needed.
  • We’re not responsible for any technical issues, prizes not being delivered, or other unforeseen events. 
  • These terms are governed by UK law.
  • If something major happens – like a natural disaster or a pandemic – that affects the promotion, we may have to cancel, postpone, or change things. We hope this doesn’t happen, but we just have to be prepared for anything. 
  • The prizes can’t be swapped for cash or transferred to someone else. 
  • This promotion is not affiliated with Aldi in any way.
