US Shipping

As a customer based in the US, please be aware of the following changes to the customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.

On 30 July 2025, a United States Government Executive Order announced changes that came into effect from 29 August 2025.

The duty-free threshold has been removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

This means every order sent to the USA will have duties and taxes to pay before it can be delivered.

Customs duties will be calculated by DPD using the value of the item/s and their country of origin (country of manufacture, not shipping).

In simple terms, as a US customer, you will receive an email from DPD or their US partner with a payment link. PLEASE LOOK FOR THIS, INCLUDING IN YOUR JUNK FOLDER. You have 5 days in which to make the duty payment so that your order can be processed through customs.

If you do not to pay the customs charge, your order will be returned to us at Tractor Ted.

Once we have received your order back, we will refund you the order value minus the shipping cost and any additional return charges we incur. This process may take up to 14-21 days.

Before your order is sent, we will contact you via email to confirm that you understand the new custom duties requirements. You can then choose to either proceed with your order or cancel it. If you choose to cancel your order before it is sent we will offer you a full refund.
