UK DELIVERY
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2-3 days est.)
- For orders under £50: £3.95
- For orders over £50: Free
Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1-2 days est.)
- £5.95 - order before 1pm for same day dispatch
Next Day Shipping (DPD Express 1 day est.)
- £8.95 - order before 1pm Monday - Thursday for next day delivery, UK Mainland only
Orders placed after 1pm Thursday - Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
European Union (EU) Delivery
EU Customers are limited to a single transaction spend of £134.99 to comply with EU VAT rules.
EU and Non-EU Member State Customers will be responsible for any duty charged at Customs for goods imported, country dependant duties or other local charges that may apply.
Delivery times vary by country, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Rest of World Delivery
Customers will be responsible for any duty charged at Customs for goods imported, country dependant duties or other local charges that may apply.

Returns
Extended Christmas Returns
We've extended our usual returns policy for Christmas. Purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 23rd January 2026.
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind we offer the following return and exchange options.
Refund
- We offer refunds for any items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds will exclude any delivery charges.
- Original condition includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
- Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the return of any items.
- You will need to cover the return delivery costs.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
Exchange
- We offer exchanges of any items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
- Original condition includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
- Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the exchange of any items.
- You will need to cover the return delivery costs, and we will send out the exchanged items to you at no charge within 7 working days.
Damaged / Faulty Items
- In the unlikely event that an item arrives either damaged or faulty please notify us admin@tractorted.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will refund you the cost of the item, delivery charges and pay for the return.
- Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the return of your items.
- If a fault develops outside of the 30-day return period, please contact us so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You have 14 days after the day you receive the item to cancel your order by notifying us either by email or post.
The items must be returned to us within 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation, and you need to cover the cost of the return.
Items must be returned to us unused and in their original condition. This includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
We will refund you the full purchase price of the items, excluding any delivery charges, within a maximum of 30 days.
We do not accept responsibility of returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.
