Christmas Delivery
The Tractor Ted Offices will be closed from Monday 23rd December 2024 and reopen on Monday 30th December 2024 to give our team some well-deserved time off over the festive period. During this time emails, voicemails and social media support may not be picked up as soon as usual. Items purchased from the Tractor Ted online shop will be dispatched as quickly as we can when we reopen on 30th December 2024.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Once your order has dispatched you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a live tracking link.
Please note that our delivery timeframes are based on working days only, and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

UK MAINLAND DPD EXPRESS DELIVERY: £8.95
Please allow 1 working day.
Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday - Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays, to be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm Thursday – Sunday will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days.

UK Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind we offer the following return and exchange options.
Refund
- We offer refunds for any items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds will exclude any delivery charges.
- Original condition includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
- Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the return of any items.
- You will need to cover the return delivery costs.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
Exchange
- We offer exchanges of any items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
- Original condition includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
- Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the exchange of any items.
- You will need to cover the return delivery costs, and we will send out the exchanged items to you at no charge within 7 working days.
Damaged / Faulty Items
- In the unlikely event that an item arrives either damaged or faulty please notify us admin@tractorted.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will refund you the cost of the item, delivery charges and pay for the return.
- Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the return of your items.
- If a fault develops outside of the 30-day return period, please contact us so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You have 14 days after the day you receive the item to cancel your order by notifying us either by email or post.
The items must be returned to us within 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation, and you need to cover the cost of the return.
Items must be returned to us unused and in their original condition. This includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
We will refund you the full purchase price of the items, excluding any delivery charges, within a maximum of 30 days.
We do not accept responsibility of returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.
