UK Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind we offer the following return and exchange options.

Refund

• We offer refunds for any items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
• Refunds will exclude any delivery charges.
• Original condition includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
• Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the return of any items.
• You will need to cover the return delivery costs.
• Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.

Exchange

• We offer exchanges of any items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and in their original condition.
• Original condition includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.
• Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the exchange of any items.
• You will need to cover the return delivery costs, and we will send out the exchanged items to you at no charge within 7 working days.

Damaged / Faulty Items

• In the unlikely event that an item arrives either damaged or faulty please notify us admin@tractorted.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We will refund you the cost of the item, delivery charges and pay for the return.
• Please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk to arrange the return of your items.
• If a fault develops outside of the 30-day return period, please contact us so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You have 14 days after the day you receive the item to cancel your order by notifying us either by email or post.

The items must be returned to us within 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation, and you need to cover the cost of the return.

Items must be returned to us unused and in their original condition. This includes all original packaging, swing labels are in good condition and that the product can be resold at full price.

We will refund you the full purchase price of the items, excluding any delivery charges, within a maximum of 30 days.

We do not accept responsibility of returned items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns. If your international order is faulty please contact us admin@tractorted.co.uk.

Tractor Ted attends events that are co-ordinated by third party organisers be they Tractor Ted retailers or county shows. All details pertaining to admission costs, directions, opening times etc., should be addressed to the venue itself.

Tractor Ted endeavours to support as many charities as feasible. As you will understand, however, we receive hundreds of charitable requests each year.

We do try and support individual/independent fundraising efforts where we can. To enable this, we ask that…

1: Please send an SAE to Tractor Ted Customer Services, Highchurch, Radstock, Somerset, BA3 5XT a minimum of 2 months prior to your charity event with a letter explaining what event you are looking for Tractor Ted to support.

2: Where feasible, Tractor Ted will send out products that you can use as part of your fundraising efforts. Please note that we cannot support all charities but will do our best to accommodate where feasible.

The GDPR is EU-designed legislation which came into force on 25 May 2018 with the objective to strengthen the rights of individuals when and how companies use, collect and share their personal data.

Tractorland Ltd keeps a record of your data to enable work to be carried out by the company including processing orders and sending e-mails.  Data is only used where it is essential for the administration of customer and supplier orders.

Any financial data is processed using software with robust encryptions and all information is kept securely and not shared with any third parties.

Information you give us when you order a product. 
This may include name, address, postcode, telephone number and email address. We use and store this information securely to handle orders, deliver products, process payments, send out invoices and communicate with you about orders and products.

Information you give us when you complete the form on the ‘Sign up to the Enews’ page. 

This includes your name and email address and is used and stored securely to help keep you informed about Tractor Ted events, new products, competitions and special offers. Feedback you give us is used exclusively for Tractor Ted marketing purposes and helps improve our products and services.

Personal information you give us is treated in confidence and will not be passed on to a third party without your consent, except in the circumstances explained below.

Direct Marketing

The data you give us about yourself, will enable us to give you updates via email, using the contact details you provide, on promotions and services we think may be of interest to you.

To improve our picture of your interests we may link the data you give us with any data we have gathered (via cookies) about your use of the site.

You will be asked to consent to receive marketing communications with the active ticking of a box. In addition, whenever you are contacted by email, you will be told how to opt out of being updated by email in the future.

We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your express permission unless they are directly involved in the running or maintenance of this website.

COMPETITIONS

From time-to-time Tractorland Ltd will run competitions via the website. If you wish to take part in any such competition you must, at the time of entry, confirm that you agree to be bound by the Competition Terms and Conditions below:

1: This competition is being run by Tractorland Ltd.

2: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4: Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5: Closing date for entry will be as stated in the competition terms. After this date no further entries to the competition will be considered.

6: No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time.

8: The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

9: Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10: The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.

11: The promoter will notify the winner how the prize will be delivered.

12: The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England 

14: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15: Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Tractorland Ltd may disclose your personal information when there is a legal obligation to do so and transfer it to relevant authorities to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or as may be required in legal proceedings.

STATISTICAL DATA

We try to ensure that our website offers visitors exactly what they are looking for. To help us achieve this goal we may analyse anonymous data collected by cookies about how visitors use the website. Such data also helps us to measure the success of our advertising campaigns.
