Changed your mind? No problem.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

1. How to cancel

To cancel your order, please notify us by email or post within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

2. Returning your items

Once you’ve notified us, please return the items to us within 14 days. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage.

3. Item condition

You are welcome to inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. To receive a full refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and swing labels attached. If items show signs of wear or handling beyond reasonable inspection, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect the reduced value.

4. Your refund

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items plus our standard outbound delivery charge (if you chose a premium or express shipping option, we will reimburse up to the value of our basic standard delivery).

Please note: If you are returning only part of a larger order, outbound delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Processing time

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
