You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within 14 working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products on the understanding that they are in their original wrapper and unused/worn.
To cancel your purchase within the 14 day cooling off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing – by letter or email.
We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective. We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.
In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order because the item is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
Please note that if your item was given as a gift then you will need to ask the purchaser to contact us to arrange the return and refund.

It’s very dated and could probably do with a revamp. Tractor Ted is very different to the one on the more recent episodes which confused my little boy, but he still enjoyed seeing the other tractors.

Hi Brian, Thank you for your review. All about Tractors is one of our old DVDs and is our old format. We have two DVDs that are the new format that has the new Ted in and they are Munchy crunchy and Juicy squeezy. Thanks Jo
